My practice philosophy is simple: I believe it is my job to educate my clients about their choices within the law, and it is the client’s job to decide what alternatives are best for him or her. My practice goal is to build life-long client relationships, to get to know each of my clients on a personal level, as well as understand and assist them in achieving their legal objectives for a reasonable fee.
I am a West Bend native, who grew up around lawyers.
My father was the Washington County Family Court Commissioner for over 30 years. I have two cousins in the legal field, one who teaches at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and an uncle who was a County Judge in Illinois for many years.
A graduate of Marquette University Law School in May, 1988, my practice areas include: Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianships, Marital Property Agreements, and Residential Real Estate.
