Renard Law Office LLC

Attorney Linda R. Renard, Renard Law Office, LLC, graduated from Marquette University Law School in May, 1988. Linda graduated from UW-Washington County in May of 1982 with an Associates Degree, and from UW-Madison in May, 1984, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She worked as an Associate Attorney for Whyte, Hirschboeck, Dudek in Milwaukee, WI after graduation from Marquette Law School where she assisted in re-writing the Wisconsin Marital Property Law Handbook. She then became employed as an Associate Attorney in the Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law areas of practice with Schloemer Law Firm in West Bend in January of 1989.

Linda left the Schloemer Law Firm in February of 1993 to enjoy time with her young children and returned to private practice serving as an Independent Contractor to other law firms in Elder Law issues, Estate Planning, and Probate and Trust administration in 1998 until establishing her own law firm in September of 2000.

Linda has a special interest in children’s rights in the Family Law arena and has served Washington and Ozaukee Counties as a guardian ad litem in paternity matters and serves as guardian ad litem in elder law and probate cases. Currently an advisor to advocates who are part of Citizens for Advocacy, she has written articles for The Senior Connection, a newsletter for Catholic seniors over 50. Linda previously served on the Board of Directors for the Washington County Family Center and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Washington County, WI.

She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Elder Law Section and the Washington County Bar Association.
